Mr. Lou Tesoriero first joined Guaranteed Home Mortgage Company in 1998, spending four years as a senior loan officer and branch manager. After stints at two rival companies as well as a two-year position at Indymac Bank as a regional sales manager, Mr. Tesoriero returned to Guaranteed in 2008 to become its Business Development Manager. His responsibilities include growing the company through nationwide recruitment of branch managers and integrating their organizations under the Guaranteed umbrella.
Mr. Tesoriero has won awards as a sales team leader almost everywhere he has worked and placed in the top three percent of sales professionals for Indymac Bank. Before returning to Guaranteed, he more than tripled funded loans for another mortgage company, from $30 million to $100 million, in just four months.
As Business Development Manager at Guaranteed, Lou Tesoriero has opened 15 new branches in his first two years, thanks, in part, to a marketing campaign he developed with Internet, email and print advertising. In addition to finding new organizations, he also serves as a liaison for existing locations to ensure branch retention and a seamless interface with Guaranteed’s corporate headquarters.
