Q.  How does Guaranteed differ from "Net Branch" Companies?

A.  Guaranteed provides a winning platform for all of our Branches.  As a Direct Endorsed Lender by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Guaranteed conforms to all required regulations pertaining to certain branch arrangements.  Guaranteed provides not only the infrastructure you need to succeed, but we provide the support necessary to ensure that you succeed.  Since our inception, Guaranteed has prided itself on working with and hiring professionals which creates a type of support you cannot find at any other company.  Guaranteed maintains the entrepreneurial philosophy with a small business atmosphere, which is most noticed during our Guaranteed Thursday morning nation-wide conference call.

Q.  What type of professional is Guaranteed looking for?

A.  Guaranteed is not in the business of putting licenses up on just anyone's wall.  Each branch office of Guaranteed can pick up and leave us any day of the week.  Every office has the production, the sales force, and the management to begin their own entity, but they choose to remain with Guaranteed for a variety of reasons.  Guaranteed actively looks for professionals that could be in business for themselves any day of the week, but want to join forces with an entity that provides an unquantifiable level of support and services.  All of our Branch Managers should have at least a few years of mortgage experience, whether as a broker or banker, and some past management experience.   Loan Officers come in a variety of different types, some with many years experience and others with only a few years of experience.  We urge potential Loan Officer candidates to check with us to find the branch location nearest them that will most accommodate their level of experience.    Processor candidates should certainly be experienced in the mortgage business, but Guaranteed does offer training out of its Main Office for those less experienced.  Please contact us for more details and find out how Guaranteed fits you best.

Q.  What type of training or education do you provide?

A.  Speaking of training....Guaranteed provides a web-based training that will take you through all of the ins and outs of Guaranteed's core business.  We will show you our entire process, and walk you through any questions that you might have.  If you're like most successful people, and I'm sure if you're reading this you are, you'll be interested in reaching a higher level of education.  Luckily...Guaranteed is a member of several associations which allow us (and you) to enjoy significant discounts in outsourced training and education courses, including regional/state seminars, and a whole host of compliance courses. We also offer a rigorous and extended training option known as “Guaranteed University".

Each Branch Manager of Guaranteed is required to take (and yes..pass) a Web-Based course on Preventing Mortgage Fraud.  This course costs you nothing except your time to take it, and educates our managers on the real issues that can develop in our industry, showing you how to detect and prevent fraud from happening right under your nose.  Plus, you get another certificate to hang on your office wall!!

Q.  When and how do we get paid?

A.  Ok, yes, this usually is the least frequently asked question, but the most relevant one...Getting Paid!  Guaranteed serves as a source of income to hundreds of Agents and Employees all over the country.  And we've made it quite simple...all our managers have to do is jump online and click on our automated payment system called QuickpayTM (which is located on our Corporate Intranet Web-Site).

Q.  How long does it take to get approved to open a Guaranteed Branch Office?

A.   Well, there is some paperwork involved, which we can't really fill out for you.  But once we have a completed package, we can have you approved in a matter of weeks, depending of course on the state licensing requirements.  It's always good to plan approximately 30 days for a full and complete transition.  During these 30 days, your transition team will be helping you and your office through a seamless transition.

Q.  Will someone guide me through the transition?

A.  Yes.  Guaranteed will provide you with your own transition team.  The transition team  will introduce you to Guaranteed's methods of doing business and help you to successfully begin closing loans with Guaranteed.  Our Guaranteed team is available to you any day of the week at any time in order to help facilitate a smooth transition.

Q.  Does Guaranteed have production quotas?

A.  Guaranteed does not mandate that each office reaches a certain volume number, but rather, Guaranteed wants to help you increase your business exponentially.  Our goal is to help build productive and successful locations that adhere to the same business philosophies of Guaranteed.  We can achieve this success together, not by setting minimum quotas for each other, but by reaching beyond our goals...as a team.

Q.  Is there a capital contribution required to start-up?

A.  Guaranteed does not require any initial capital contribution from its locations, nor do we "nickel and dime" you on any fees.

A.  Loan Officer compensation is negotiated at the branch level, while Guaranteed offers templates of suggested commission structure.
