Guaranteed's background as a family-owned enterprise infuses all our activities including our weekly conference calls, professional instruction, investor introductions and regional activities. Our annual Holiday Party has generated some pretty interesting stories better left unpublished!

The conference calls include updates from our various departments including accounting, branch development, compliance, operations, quality assurance and underwriting. We discuss the latest regulatory requirements and professional advice and typically feature an associated organization through a detailed presentation.

Webinars are provided on a regular basis, and special deals are available to advertise for help and obtain marketing material. Our company bulletin includes an employee spotlight, notes from department heads, an online tip of the week and a list of the latest employee birthdays (with permission).

Guaranteed is building an effective online presence, and the company runs a Facebook Page for participation by employees. We regularly tweet about new rate-related opportunities through our handle, @guaranteedhome. And we anticipate starting a company blog in the near future.
