David Basaleli

Senior Vice President - Director of Operations

As Senior Vice President - Director of Operations of Guaranteed, Mr. Basaleli's responsibilities include strategic planning and oversight of all branch and corporate activities.

Prior to joining Guaranteed, he served as an area manager at Countrywide Home Loans and built the New York B/C program from the ground up. During his tenure, the New York B/C team became the highest volume branch in the Northeast.

Previously, Mr. Basaleli served as a retail loan officer, specializing in affordable housing and government products, at Prudential Mortgage where he achieved “Top Producer” status on multiple occasions. He continued his retail career at Lincoln Savings Bank and established an extensive training package for origination of residential loans to help branch managers reach their goals.

Mr. Basaleli serves as a member of the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers, the New York Society of Mortgage Professionals, and the Cohen Preschool Board of Directors as well as MIS Director for Silverstein Hebrew Academy and Chabad of Great Neck.

Mr. Basaleli received his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Queens College of the City University of New York and earned a Master of Business Administration at the Hofstra University School of Business.
